I only use Aegisub. All the translating and typesetting is done there as well as re-timing if necessary.
Удалить\pos and \mov coordinates are done manually in Aegisub. I use keyboard arrows to move the image frame by frame so I can see if everything fits as I like it. It's a long and tedious process, actually.
